Gregory Wilkes

President of the Board of Directors & Executive Director

Gregory Wilkes leads the Mr. Mack Lewis Foundation with a commitment rooted in community loyalty and personal experience. As President of the Board and Executive Director, he oversees all programs — food distribution, youth boxing, health screenings, academic tutoring, summer camp, and community outreach.

Greg has built a network of institutional partnerships with Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Maryland Food Bank, GBMC Healthcare, and many others, ensuring East Baltimore families receive comprehensive, sustained support. His leadership style is defined by listening first: every program the Foundation runs reflects what community members have said they actually need.

Head Boxing Coach & Director of Gym Operations

Warren Boardley leads both youth and adult boxing programs at the Mack Lewis Boxing Gym, continuing the 70+ year legacy that Mr. Mack Lewis established in East Baltimore. With decades of boxing experience, Coach Warren brings a philosophy that extends far beyond the ring: boxing is the discipline, but life is the real lesson.

Under his guidance, young athletes learn fundamentals, footwork, and conditioning alongside life skills like respect, accountability, and goal-setting. Adult athletes train in a structured, respectful environment whether they're pursuing fitness, stress relief, or competition. Coach Warren has prepared athletes for Junior Olympics tryouts and amateur bouts across multiple states.

The gym's lineage includes athletes who have competed at elite amateur and professional levels, including connections to champions like Hasim Rahman, Vincent Pettway, and Larry Middleton — all part of the East Baltimore boxing community that Coach Warren now stewards.

Wanda Watters serves as Executive Assistant to the Foundation and Treasurer of the Board of Directors. She is a key point of contact for families, partners, and volunteers engaging with the Foundation, coordinating day-to-day operations across all programs.

Wanda plays a central role in community relations and financial oversight — ensuring that every family who walks through the doors of the Foundation is met with care, efficiency, and respect. Her deep familiarity with the Church Square community and her work as a Fight Official make her an essential bridge between the Foundation's programs and the people they serve.

Trained by Mr. Mack Lewis since childhood, Vincent represents the pinnacle of what the Foundation's boxing program can achieve. His recognition as one of the Top Ten Best Knockouts ever and his place in the Maryland Boxing Hall of Fame make him a living legend in East Baltimore boxing circles.

His work with Foundation youth demonstrates his commitment to giving back to the community that supported his rise to the top of professional boxing.
