What they do
Run by Baltimore City's Department of Public Works with the Mayor's Office of Employment Development and the Chesapeake Water Environment Association, YH2O prepares young adults for careers in water, wastewater, engineering and public works. Two cohorts run each year — January to June, and July to December.

Who qualifies
Baltimore City residents aged 18-24 with a high school diploma or GED, currently unemployed or underemployed, and not enrolled in another job training program or in post-secondary education. No prior experience is needed.
